To sign up, simply:

Open a new text message.
Enter 888777 in the "To" field.
In the message body, type STODDARDEMA.
Send the text and follow the confirmation prompt.
Residents will receive a confirmation message verifying their enrollment and will begin receiving emergency alerts as they are issued.
